I lost electric power as a consequence of hurricane Sandy. Been running on generator but have been having trouble finding fuel. I have all the documents I want to post, but will have to scan them and post them a little later on.

in 1933, our “money” is credit – your credit – backed by your collateral or your promise.
When you sign any promise to pay, it becomes MONEY!

What is the difference between Federal Reserve Notes and the Promissory Note you gave the bank? They both represent your credit. Only one thing is different – the bank failed to record your Promissory Note
when they recorded the Deed of Trust, therefore it is not “registered” in the public register like FRNs are.

Could this be considered “fraudulent use of a foreign security?”

I am growing to be incredulous of this whole process. I am in the process of EFTing three items, two credit cards and one car. I have yet to read anyone successfully pulling off discharging any debt. Please give me one piece of good news. I have found endless claims Fred & Nina are cunning conmen and are getting rich from this scheme. Now don't get me wrong, I have been fascinated by their presentation and am completely hooked. Its been a fascinating journey and I really want to believe this is all possible by sending certain letters from the backroom etc but I want just one person tell me they have they paperwork proving they discharged any debt. I'm still on the team but man Im growing scared. anything, anyone...?

EFT. I just went to court this morning and lost the house to a judgment. he judge tried real hard to find a way he didn't have to do the judgment. The lawyer for Bank of America was almost in tears. I tried to put it to the court I did EFT's. He said he can't rule on whether BofA HAD the right to foreclose he just sees the deed is in the trustees name and we are just squaters in their property. I objecte3d to the things he was saying and he smiled every time. I am working on a land patent to get the title back in our names I just hope I have time. I have my paper work ready to file bankruptcy 13. Ca anyone tell me how they proved the lender should except the EFT? and if the BK!# will stop the eviction?
